Warranty Claims

Scottish Mountain Gear have been providing repair facilities and customer service support for Mountain Hardwear in the UK since 2003. Initially this was through the Mountain Hardwear UK distribution network and since the start of 2012, in direct partnership with the brand in Europe.

If you are a retailer or end consumer, please feel free to contact our repair service team and we will be happy to give you advice on the repair and warranty status of your Mountain Hardwear product. Please remember that all warranty requests must be agreed with either Mountain Hardwear Europe or Scottish Mountain Gear and a returns authorisation number must be supplied before the repair can go ahead.
