Book a Repair

The easiest way to book your product in for repair with Scottish Mountain Gear is to use this form.

Once your form is submitted, your information will be passed to our secure repair management system. You will then receive an email with a booking summary for you to print out and enclose with your item. An address label will also be generated for you to attach to the outside of your parcel. This helps us to identify your product when it arrives in our repair centre.

Please ensure your product is clean and dry before sending it to us. We may levy a cleaning fee or a return fee if you item arrives in an condition which is unhygienic - for instance it should be clear of mud, mould or spores and free from pet or animal hair.
